If there was a need for a video that defined what a “paradigm shift” was, this would satisfy that need.

    A few glitches but good heads up! Emergency communications and Public Affairs two separate disciplines. No discussion of PARs!Most PIO’s don’t have the skill set for crisis communications. IMO of course.
